After a freezing cold day in a China factory, I was starved and searching for hot comfort food. Ramen FTW!
I was all kinds of cold, so stopping at Miso Cool for dinner was just what I needed. To start, I appeased my hongray belly with some tofu and salad. I could have eaten that tofu all day.
The main event was mushroom and veggie ramen. I don't know if it was the soup base or the mushrooms, but it was buttery and flavorful. I just hope there wasn't a pound of butter in there. :( Ok, I know I'm a weirdo living in HK and rarely eating noodles. But in the chilly temps this really hit the spot.
