Oley Wedding - The Cliff's Notes

I am back from my tour of the greater Atlanta area and before I leave for the next adventure I have to get Friendshp Night caught up to speed. So, last I left you, Marie and Eamonn were getting married...

Cambria is, and for many many years has been a favorite place of mine.


It was like something out of E.T. when we stepped outside our spacious suite.


And then we arrived at the Blade Runner salon in SLO for a morning of beauty. The salon is not affiliated with replicants. I asked.




After an amazing lunch at a favorite French restaurant, we were on our way to the tech rehearsal.









We had some time to unwind before the rehearsal dinner and opened a bottle of wine.

I didn't want to be that person that leaves their blog in the dust while others hit Friendship Night daily, looking for some distraction from work for a few minutes. My fabulous job has torn me apart from picture posting for several weeks, but I promise one day pictures of Marie's wedding will appear. And Lorelei's welcome back party. And the Marathon. I'm sure there's more.

So I dined twice at the Waffle House. I thought the food was GREAT. I'd do it again. I know there's gotta be a Sonic around here somewhere. And in Lawrenceville, Georgia I met Dizzy Gillespie's grand newphew.
