Black's Link Trail Run

There was no wimp trail run schedule for this week, and it made me a little sad. But lo and behold one was scheduled at the last minute, and I scurried out of the office to make it to the run. This was the same route we did last week, and while still being a challenge, I'm getting more comfortable running on the trails. Inclines however are still a battle. And we saw a porcupine. Awesome!

Weekending in Guangzhou

Finally, something not boring Tarahumara training related!  2011 is full of weddings, including the union of J & T.  A few of us headed up to Guangzhou, China for the weekend to procure some wedding wear.

New Year's Day Monkey Hike

The game plan for New Year's day was the 10th annual 10k race around Cheung Chau island.  As you might have guessed, after all that delicious champagne (and a little bourbon too. I'm weak.) it was def not gonna happen.
